Where did this Wednesday go?

Man, I really hate starting my day off late...I should rephrase that. I got up even earlier than usual to make sure that Ben got up to do everything he needed to do but I woke up with a sinus headache so I laid back down until I needed to drive him to school. AND then I got all of Ken's stuff ready and then laid on the couch with my furry snuggle bugs and read my book until my headache went away...which it did pretty quickly (thank goodness). Then it was laundry, workout, and all of the morning chores that I didn't do first thing. All of the sudden it was time to get Ben from school!

Since we have been back home, I wasted my time on social media. UGH! Seriously, I just read about this in my book. I need to make a change, I waste too much time on there and my other stuff (like getting back to my embroidery business since m health is in check and since I have gotten my room pretty much completed!!! I need to take the advise and use Self-talk to break the constant social media addiction! Obviously, I still need to get on for my health groups and my embroidery group but not for the endless amount of time that I seem to spend on there. And as much as I LOVE TikTok, I need to spend less time on there too. That one is what bums me out the most, I have learned so much on there but it is a serious time sucker. 

So I will get my stuff together, get my Self-Talk going for breaking habits going and primarily update on here. I have really wanted to document my health journey on here. I am learning so much with the books that I am reading and from my health groups that I really want to focus on this blog. Keep everything on here in one place...where I am not bothering people with my updates so regularly. Seriously, though I hope people don't see my posts that way. LOL! I guess we will see how this goes!!!
