𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Forever Wild

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫: Rebecca Jenshak

𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: Wildcat Hockey Book 5

𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬: 456

𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Minnesota

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: Everly is a sassy, independent 22 year old who just graduated college with a art degree. She will be starting an interior design interning job at the end of the summer but until then she will be house sitting for several members of the Minnesota Wildcat hockey team while they are on their off season vacations. Jack is the Captain of the Wildcats and is best friends/teammates with Tyler (Everly’s brother). His season ended early when he was in an accident and had to have surgery on his leg. He is extra grumpy and is constantly kicking out the medical staff that is supposed to be helping him with his recovery. She was asked to go check on Jack but like the medical team, he tries to push her away…she just doesn’t let him. She brings him food, uses his pool and tries to get him caught up with emails and obligations.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞𝐝:

• Great character development

• I loved Jack’s possessiveness! Poor Brian!

• Great ending!

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬: While this series can be read as stand-alone, I really wish that I had gone back and read the previous books. There are SO many great side characters and I really want to get to know them better. I will be going back and reading them soon!

I love both of these characters. They both have their own past trauma’s but I like how they open up to each other so that they can help each other move on. For the most part the connection between this couple is fantastic but there were a few times where I thought something was lacking - like it lost the intensity for a bit BUT it definitely recovered in the end. I really enjoyed this book! Rebecca is the queen of hockey romances!
