A Love Catastrophe is such a sweet, fun quick read. And while it is filled with lots of adorable, furry cat goodness, there are some CW’s of some heavy topics so please take a look at those before heading into this cute romcom.
She is a professional Cat Sitter aka “The Kitty Whisperer”, social media influencer and He is an NFL analyst. They meet when he needs someone to watch his mom’s cat while she is in the hospital. She is obviously a cat person while He is more of a dog person but they don’t let that get in the middle of their growing friendship.
I really enjoyed this book. There were awkward, quirky moments throughout the book but it didn’t take away from the story (to me). As a house divided between cat and dog lovers, these characters were relatable. I loved the play on words that Helena used throughout the book. I had to laugh at “bingo button” . I was laughing from the very beginning! I would love to visit the Cat Cafe!!!
