Pity Date Review • Kate Rock Book Tour

𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

Pity Party is book 2 in the Pity Series but can read as a stand-alone. As much as I loved Pity Date, I loved this book even more! Whitney has such a way with words! I couldn't put this book down and finished in a day!

Jamie and Melissa are destined to be together. The sparks were flying from the very beginning. I was a bit frustrated with Jamie at times because he seemed to want his cake and eat it too. I felt like we were on a Jamie Rollercoaster!

I absolutely enjoyed Sammy - she had gone through so much and she really blossomed once they moved to Elk Lake. I really loved how Melissa took her under her wing to help out at the bridal shop. It was nice to see that she treated Sammy like a person I stead of a child.

But even with a few annoyances here and there (Melissa's mom), this book was a delight to read!
