Man Scape is the 5th book in the Manhunt Series by Vanessa Vale. While I liked one of the previous books that I read in this series but this one just didn't do it for me.
There was not enough of a storyline and what was there was rushed. The majority of this book took place in a matter of 3 days. Most of it being in the bedroom with so much cheesy dirty talk. To me it was all so unbelievable.
I didn't vibe with either of these MCs. I did enjoy some of the side characters though. The whole mother trying to get Mellie to have sex with her boyfriends was very cringy. I had a really tough time getting through this book when it should have been a quick read for me.
I did love the connection Daniel had with his son and brothers. Side note: I personally wouldn't consider Melly to be Danny's ex. I really would have loved to see more of the MCs getting to know each other. It would have made the HEA a little more believable.
