Loved this book! This is the first book that I have read by Meredith Schorr and I will definitely be checking out her other work!

Someone Just Like You is very well written with a great storyline. In addition to Jude & Molly, it is packed with some really great side characters...especially Esther. And Yogi!  I loved the family dynamics in this book. The neighbors becoming a found family is very relatable to me.

I adored all of the fun, witty banter as well as all of the Beatles & Taylor Swift references (not to mention the quote from 10 Things I Hate About You). Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da was stuck in my head for days! This book is full of sweetness, fun, awkwardness, sadness and lots of love. It truly was a book full of emotion! I loved the adorable pups too. (Goldendoodles are one of my favorite dog breeds).

One thing that I really didnโ€™t care for were all of the pranks as adultsโ€ฆmostly on Judeโ€™s part because I donโ€™t believe Molly would have pulled any pranks if Jude didnโ€™t first. Maybe one would have been ok but to me it was really overdone. I also thought that the whole doppelganger thing was a little repetitive. In the end, I did enjoy the strong character development and was cheering for them to truly find happiness.

This sweet & spicy gem makes for a perfect summer read!
