When It Rains, It Pours!

Another gloomy, rainy day here!!! As much as I want to go out walking or doing some more spring clean up there is a sunny side of this weather...I can READ! Actually, I do have some other things that I need to get done...catch up on some of my online classes, get some sewing projects off the to-do list and of course finish my housework/laundry. The life of a stay at home professional!

Exercise today was on the elliptical and then some upper body weights. So of course I got some reading done while I was on the elliptical! It certainly makes that time go faster!

I don't know about you but my TBR (To Be Read) list is growing every day! I have been putting books on hold on Overdrive/Libby, I grabbed a few ARC books to start, I have my regular library books to read, my book club book and then I get emails that some of my holds are available! EEK!!! I guess it is a good thing that I am a fast reader!

Do you read one book at a time or do you have several going at one time? I used to be a single book kind of gal but once I started an health challenge where I needed to read a Self Improvement book, I started reading a fun book and a self improvement book. It kind of snowballed from there!!! I don't even have all of my books on my Currently Reading list on GoodReads.

Which leads me to my next question...do you have any books on your Currently Reading list that you just don't want to finish? I have one that I started for Women's History month. It is a good book called Fly Girls by Keith O'Brien but my problem is that I have so many other more fun books that I am reading. If only there were more than 24 hours in a day!!! This is a library book so I am debating returning it but once I start a book I feel so obligated to finish it.

I guess I will leave it in the fate of the library...if the book gets a hold on it, I will return it (on the 12th), if it doesn't then I will finish the book...just set a certain amount of pages to read in it a day until it is done.

Sound like a plan? đŸ˜‚

Have a great Tuesday!
