Update for My 45 @45!!!

 Ok so since I have been working at this list for a month now and wanted to dedicate a post for alll that I have worked on in my first month of being 45!!!

The things that I have accomplished so far...

  1. Try a new recipe every week 
  2. Exercise everyday (almost everyday!!!)
  3. Eat in a Calorie Deficit - make healthy choices (almost everyday!!!)
  4. Read 2 books a month - 1 self development, 1 for fun (1 SD book & 2 for fun!)
  5. Post on my blog more regularly (getting better at it!!!)
  6. Weekly lunch date with Ben during his Senior Year 
  7. Get better with meal planning/prep (Need some more work here but working on it)
  8. Visit  some place new (monthly) (checked out some new places on Mackinac Island)
  9. Clean out my email inboxes - unsub from emails when needed (started cleaning my box out - unsubbed from MANY lists!!!)
  10. Lunch/Dinner meet ups with my besties
  11. Daily Gratitudes/Journaling (did (well at the beginning of the month but have fallen off the wagon...getting back on)
  12. Establish a consistent skin care routine (almost everyday!!!)
  13. Weekly outings with Jackie
  14. Take photos daily (almost everyday!!!)
  15. Post regularly on Instagram (getting better)
  16. Buy a new, properly fitting bra (YAY!!!)
  17. Update clothes as I continue to lose weight (YAY!!!)
  18. Continue healthy goals - measure myself bi-weekly
  19. Drink half my weight in oz of water everyday (almost everyday!!!)
  20. Buy myself something special every month (books & sweatshirt from Mackinac Island)
  21. Do my nails weekly

I am pretty happy of what I have done so far!!! I will post some pictures later!!!
