Who ever really says that? It was a weekend here...a verbal war zone yet again. Things got ugly when it really didn't need to be. So stressful! I felt defeated!!! Especially coming off of a high of getting through a rough week and looking at the positives that happened instead of focusing on the negatives. I didn't even get my exercise in for the weekend (unless you count all of the stress housework that I got accomplished). Thankfully though the four of us did sit down for dinner last night and it was peaceful. :)
But today is a new day. I am happy to start this week - it is a NEW beginning!!! I posted only posted on the 2021 Vision fitness group but during the Phase 1 part of Barre Blend (there are 4 phases - 2 weeks each phase), I lost an additional 4 inches!!! SO exciting! Even though I did my Phase 2, Week 3, Day 1 workout today, I just feel off. I think it is because I didn't get in a workout this weekend. I am happy to say that my blood pressure has been back to normal the past 3 day! YAY!!!
This week I want to get a lot of stuff done around here and continue with the purging. I have a donation pick up next week. Also I am starting a big project in my sewing room...so that I can get organized and get back to building that business. I have really let that slack these past few weeks. I am trying to use a schedule to get things done that I need to - planning my days out beforehand, making lists of goals & accomplishments. Really trying to implement the things that I am learning from "The Happiness Project".
Happy Monday! I am going to go enjoy the nice warm & sunny day with a walk in the park!
