My Opinion:

I was pretty excited to find these at Aldi because I had JUST seen a recipe making crepes with these! It was a sign that I had to purchase these. I do believe that I had purchased a herb version of these awhile back when I was doing low-carb before. And I don't really remember them standing out.

Sunday I decided to make crepes for breakfast! I made traditional crepes for my family and then made the low carb version for myself. What my kids don't know is that the  fillings were all made with sugar free products! While some people don't eat apples on their low carb diet, I do. My doctor suggested berries and apples so that is what I am sticking with. I love apples! So I made a yummy apple filling with monk fruit sweetener (which I absolutely love and have to buy more), gala & granny smith apples and some water. I also made a cream cheese filling using cream cheese, heavy cream and some Swerve Confectioners sugar substitute. YUMMY!!!

Once I had a good amount of crepes made for my peeps, I took two of these EggLife Wraps and warmed them in my pan just long enough to warm up the wrap. I then added my fillings. SO easy and SO YUMMY! And honestly, you can add some man different fillings - Nutella, jams/jellies, fruits, etc. Very quick and easy breakfast idea!

I do have to say that they are a little "spongier" than the traditional crepe (or even tortilla) but I still really enjoyed them!

These can also be used for savory dishes also...tortilla substitutes for burritos, quesadillas, sandwich roll ups, maybe even pizza roll ups - the sky is the limit here!!! I will definitely buy these again!

Here are some pictures...

I hope you enjoy my review. Let me know if you try these and how you liked them!
