When I started this blog earlier this year, I had mentioned that with all of the changes I was making in my life, I was also started reading "The Happiness Project" again since it was so fitting into my life right now. I read and started practicing the January Goals (still a work in progress). I was so busy in February that I let my reading slip...but sure enough I received another sign that this book is what I need because it is the book that my 2021 Vision fitness group is reading this month!!!
So now I am playing catch-up with these goals and added new ones from February (and now March) to the list. It is obviously an ongoing process but I have to say that this year is looking to be a happier year! Don't get me wrong, I do have bad days, my kids have bad days, my husband has bad days but all we can do is learn from our mistakes and try to be the best that we can be!
So for the February Goals (Remember Love) in the book...
