Lazy Sunday!!!

So I slept in for the second day in a row! It's funny because all during this pandemic, I was pretty consistent with getting up at m regular time and doing my morning routine. It felt normal in the world of craziness! But since Ben's winter break started, I have enjoyed my sleeping in. But to be fair, those days I also stayed up really late. It is just nice not to have to wake up to an alarm.

Sunday's we do brunch and usually all four of us enjoy it together. But Ben asked to stay over at a friends house last night. It is the first time in ages. I really feel bad for him because he is my social butterfly. This past year has been terribly rough on him. Jackie has been staying up all night redoing her Island on Animal Crossing so she is still in bed herself...leaving brunch to just Ken and myself. I made Eggs Benedict today! I never realized how much I liked it until I married Ken, this is his absolute favorite breakfast. And now that I have an Instant Pot, it makes poaching the eggs even easier! And today instead of going completely without the bread component, I decided to make this with a chaffle for myself. You can find the recipe here. It was so good!

Here is a picture of my low carb goodness... ALL for 5 grams of carbs!!!

Oh yeah and check out this awesome dinner last night...Ken is perfecting his pizza making skills. They said last night's was pretty great but I stayed with my low carb cauliflower crust which were great with the no-sugar added homemade pizza sauce! Mine are obviously the little ones, each one had different combinations of toppings and I tried a half of each of them. YUMMY!!!

Last night I was able to spend some time in my craft/sewing room. I made this adorable bookmark!

One of the Facebook Groups that I follow gives a free design every Saturday...this one was so adorable, I wanted to test it out right away! I even have a second one that I haven't photo'd yet. I will be adding these for sale on my Shannon Schafer Designs Facebook page as well in the Embroidery page here on my blog. I also made a Valentine's Day themed Hand Sanitizer Holder which I will photograph later today. I just posted Winter & Valentine fabrics that are available for any of the products that I make...masks, towel toppers, clutches, etc.

I am hoping to get into my craft room again today to work on a few orders/projects. I need to do some designing for a personalized towel order for a customer. I am pretty excited about this one!!!

Have a fabulous day!
